☆~Abipop's guide to Tokyo: Best places to stay!~☆

Hello Everyone~~! ^-^

I'm starting a new little series on my blog to help you guys with your trip to Tokyo, Japan~!♪
Each blog post will focus on a different topic and location to help you plan your dream holiday to Tokyo!!

A lot of you guys have been asking me where the best place to stay is! So Today's blog is about "The Best places to stay in Tokyo" (On a budget and not on a budget)

Let's start of with good places if you are staying in a group of say around 4!

When I went to Japan for the 1st time, I found a lovely apartment on Airbnb for us lot to stay in~♪ Airbnb is a fantastic place to find cheap home-like accommodation~! ^-^

Now when staying in Tokyo, I wanted to visit all the main spots for example, Harajuku, Akihabara, Shibuya ect~!

So I chose this wonderful place:

Between the 4 of us, It worked about about £205.32 each for 1 week here!
Ofc course that can be a little more pricey for some but for what you get this is incredible~!
You are 5 minutes from Otsuka JR line (Yamanote line) which is the line that takes you to all these main spots in Tokyo!♪

They provide so many instructions on how to get here from both Majour airports and how long it will take and how much it will cost (Btw Travel in Japan is so cheap!)♪
You also get a Portable wifi with this apartment so where-ever you go, you will have an internet connection~!!

 It's a beautiful area I cannot recommend this place enough~!!♪

Onto Hotels~~!♪

I have many many friends who go to Japan for holiday's each year and have found the cheapest and best location hotel's ever~♪

Now again I wanted to be close to the JR Yamanote line♪!

I recommend the "Sakura Hotel - Ikebukuro"
It was only 1 stop away from the last place I stayed and again 5 minutes walk away from the train station~!!
( Also I recommend booking this via "Booking.com)

I stayed with my friend Kelsey in this hotel and we chose the "Standard Double Room"
It was very very tiny and not much room at all! But some how we managed to get ready, hair, make-up and 4 suitcases in there! ^-^

This was about £320 for 12 nights and 13 days each~!♪

not bad concidering the price huh? They also had hair dryers, towels, adapters you name it ready for you to borrow~~♪!


Now onto the hella pricey but beautiful hotel~♪

If you have the cash to do this, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. It was.. BEAUTIFUL. and incredibly spacious~! *dreams*

Prince Park Hotel Tokyo Tower

This hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from Tokyo Tower and tube stations~! and also has some beautiful scenery around the area!
This hotel is VERY VERY expensive but boy do you feel like royalty staying in this place~!
You get the most beautiful and incredible views from your balcony's too!

Stunning.. all of them even the smaller ones~!!♪

I really really recommend this place even for a couple nights if you can afford too! Stunning! SO beautiful inside and out!

You are close to a couple tube lines too so don't worry about getting lost~!
The staff speak english too! Also has a water fountain inside the building xD



I really hope that this post will help you with finding the best place to stay in Tokyo for you trip to Japan~!!♪

Ofc you can browse all the other amazing AirBnB or Booking.com places to find more deals~! but these are my personal preferences :3

☆~Hyper Japan & New dance video with Kelsey~☆

Hello everyone~♪ ( ∩´ω`*∩)♡

It's been a while since I updated on my blog~!  (´；ω；`) Please forgive me~!! >///<

Recently I went to an event in London called "Hyper Japan" ~!

I really do love this even because it celebrates all things Japanese from every aspect~!

The Food, Culture, Pop-Culture, Fashion and more~! ♡

On the Friday, I went in normal everyday outfit ready to film a hilariously cute dance with Kelsey~!

Outfit rundown:

Hair bobbles: WEGO

T-Shirt: LOVETOXIC

Skirt: New Look

Shoes: Primark

 Friday was so much fun an very chill! I watched back-to-back performances of my friends performing and we all wota'd for them~! Best form of cheering haha~! I brought a long my glow sticks I purchased in Japan with me~! ☆ﾐヽ(*•`ω´•)ﾉ

In the breaks between the lives, Kelsey and I recorded a new dance~!! ww~

It's called "ようかい体操第一 "  (Youkai taisou daiichi ) xD

I haven't danced in a very long time >///< So I really hope you enjoy it~!

I'm hoping to slowly ease back into dancing on Youtube & Niconico again~! ♡(´ ･ω･` ) ♡

Oh and after that.. we all went to pizza exspress ww~

On Saturday I decided to go in my Kyary Pamyu Pamyu - Ora2 cosplay~!
After the concert, it got completely ruined so I got handy and fixed it all up to make it look good as new~!!

I want to say thank you to everyone who came up to me and asked for a photo! You guys are all so lovely and talented~! ♡

I got to see Diana Grant live on the main stage.. SHE IS SO CUTE haha! Her voice is incredible! New fan right here :') 

I also met J. Britton, What a lovely guy he is too~! :D we hung out on the weekend too and took some Polaroids ww~ Even got him into wota~ :D

I was so happy to see that the Moshi Moshi Nippon booth was back! With it's adorable Polaroid taking section! So naturally I got some taken with my friends, Alex, Kelsey and Andy ♡(´ ･ω･` ) ♡

At the end of Hyper Japan, a huge group of us went to none other than... NANDOS haha~!
I think by now everyone knows that I am slightly obsessed with that place ww~♪

before we left for nandos.. I became a "Kawaii trash-bag-santa" haha~~
My skirt can only be transported in a bin bag due to it's size ww~

☆~ Kyary Pamyu Pamyu - 2014 London ~☆

Hello everyone~~!
I was so so lucky to of been able to attened Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's 2nd world tour in London at the Shepherds Bush O2 empire~! ^-^
I love Kyary so much! She is my biggest inspiration for most things~♪

Last year I made myself a "Pon Pon Pon" cosplay to wear but this year I tried my best to make her 1st "Ora2" costume~!!

I'm so so pleased with it~!

 This photograph was taken after the concert~! My skirt went a little flat and all squished ww~ it's got bobbles all over it too but I don't mind because it was amazing and kyary was fantastic~ T^T

Anywho~~ back to Kyary~!
Kelsey and I started to queue at 11:30am armed with packed lunches, big bags and umbrellas in case the weather hated us ww~!  Time went so so fast! I couldn't believe it!
7:01pm.. DOORS OPENED. I SQUEELED AND IN WE GOO~~~~
We were so so close to the front~!
After my bag was checked, I rushed to the far left hand side to grab us all front row views~!! I've never been able to be at the front of a concert before~!! ´っ>//<ｃ` ♡ I'm so happy that it was Kyary's concert I managed too! even though we were super squished w~

Look at her beautiful set~! It was filled with giant fantasy books and a jack-in-a-box with a giant bed and huge teddy bear~♪

Kyary's dancers were as fabulous as always 。*:゜☆ヽ(*’∀’*)/☆゜:。*。 not a flaw in their dancing~!! And on top of that they really liked to smile at you if you were dancing the dance too!! so happy ww~

 excuse my blurry photos but I couldn't stop dancing and singing~ ww! ´っ>//<ｃ` ♡

Kyary was just so precious and flawless~♪ Her outfits, Her flawless make-up and adorable hair styles~! ´っ>//<ｃ` ♡ I'm so beyond happy I got to see her for the 2nd time!

This time I managed to get some super cute merch!
I've been wanting Kyary's "もったいないとらんど" Pink strawberry poop for AGESS~!
And when I saw that it was on her store online.. I just had to get one~! ♪★*☆ヽ( ＾-＾)/★*☆♪ So my good friend Lulu went up to the merch table and got me a Kyary Badge, KPP Nanda collection world tour hoodie in a size M and finally A PINK POOP! 



Unfortuanly the hoodie is like an XL on me and not flattering at all so instead of it hiding in a wardrobe, I hung it from my ceiling for all to see ww~
I'm really regretting not getting the baby blue t-shirt in a small *cries* if anyone is re-selling one let me know~! (*´ω｀*)♡

I think it looks rather cute up there~~ Don't you? ww~☆
It's got a purple world with green countries, and blue & pink writing~!
